Big Boys DO CRY
Should this book have been written? Should it be read? Why is there still so much stigma, shame and taboo associated with mental health? Why do men struggle so much to talk about their problems? Are we adequately equipped? In the workplace, in your home, in the church, in society?
A survey of 1,000 men carried out by the Priory Group revealed that 77% of men suffer from common mental health symptoms such as anxiety, stress and depression... |
The Book of PSALMS in Rhyme
POWERFUL, POETIC, RHYTHMIC, RHYMING PSALMS... A fresh expression to ignite your soul. The Psalms are so powerful. They were written to be sung or read out aloud. This rhyming version is a joy to hear and it was such a blessing to work on. My prayer is that it is also a great blessing, to all that read and hear it |
The Golden Thread
Our lives are like a complex tapestry, with many threads weaving each of our unique and individual pictures. There is, however, one thing that we all have in common, one thread. The GOLDEN THREAD is God’s thread in our lives. It is always there, even when we feel that it isn’t. Just turn your tapestry over and you will see it continuing on the back. Always there! The GOLDEN THREAD.
This book is the true story of one man’s GOLDEN THREAD in his life. Brendan Conboy grew up in fear and confusion, struggling with many personal issues. These experiences formed a foundation that could have ended in disaster but instead became the motivator to want to make a positive difference. |

I'm Still VALUED
Brendan Conboy published his biography, ‘The Golden Thread’ in 2015. This is his continuing story and is an example of how God can still use us regardless of our weaknesses, disabilities, age and infirmities.
Brendan lives with a life-limiting and disabling kidney disease. He has faced many life-threatening battles and persevered. Nearly died four times, been on life support twice. He has been in the well-known tunnel of light twice, the approach road to heaven. As well as his physical struggles, he has battled mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This story will inspire and encourage but most of all demonstrate how God looks at us and says, “You’re still valued.” |
